Louvre at Century Park takes your safety seriously. That is why we have incorporated many features into our building that are designed to keep you and your home safe.
Louvre at Century Park has a dedicated management staff that is focused on maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for all of our residents. They are always available to hear your concerns and feedback and love to work collaboratively with members of the community to make living at the Louvre better for everyone. Â
Lobby entrances and underground parking garage doors are only accessible by FOB. The main entrance to our building features an Enterphone system that connects to your cell phone so you have the ability to unlock the main entrance to allow guests into the building and deny access to anyone you don’t know who is trying to get you to buzz them in.
Our building is outfitted with a state of the art smart key system that works with key fobs. These smart locks are installed at the main entrance, underground garage entrance, in common areas, storage areas, and most importantly, on your suite entrance. Elevators use this system as well to limit access to your floor to you, the other residents on that floor, or anyone who you have cleared through our lobby security personnel. You can rest easy that the only people accessing our building are people who are allowed to be there.
Louvre at Century Park is outfitted with security cameras around the outside of our building, in the underground parking garage, and throughout all of the common areas. We have staff responsible for monitoring these camera feeds and responding to incidents quickly if they happen. Being able to catch incidents in our building wherever they happen is crucial for keeping you, and your home safe.
