Common Area Monitoring

Our common areas are closely monitored to ensure only safe practices are being followed in these spaces. If anything potentially dangerous is at risk of occurring, our team of trained professionals will act immediately to prevent this. You should feel free to safely enjoy all the amenities of our luxurious building, whenever you would like.

Fully Secured Entrances

Every entrance to our complex is properly secured, so only those with the proper key cards will have access to the building. We believe in proper security measures right from the entrance to our space, which is why we have taken and implemented this security measure.

We also have security personnel watching over entrances throughout our building. They’re available to address any concerns you may have regarding the safety and security of the building.

Smart Key System With Bluetooth

We have outfitted our building with industry-leading smart key technology. This can be used with key cards, key fobs, and eventually through an app on your phone to keep things simple.

The elevators use this technology as well for an added level of security. The only people who have access to your floor are you and the other residents on that floor. Anyone else will need to have access requested by you or building management.
