Our Best Apartment Floor Plans for Students

When it comes to choosing a new place to live, the most fundamental part is reviewing the floor plans. It’s important to make an informed decision when choosing a plan, as it’s possible to overlook certain factors that’ll haunt you later down the road.

The first and most obvious factor to consider is how many people will be living in the apartment. The number of occupants is the primary deciding element when it comes to choosing a studio, 1 bedroom, or 2-bedroom apartment. However, it’s important to anticipate and account for any possible changes that may occur during the given lease period.

Once you’ve narrowed down how many roommates you’re going to have, try visualizing your daily routine flow. How much time do you spend at home? Does the floor plan match the way you move from room to room? Do you like the bathroom to be in a certain place?

These are all questions you should be asking yourself when considering floor plans. At Le Louvre, we offer a wide variety of studio and one-bedroom apartments in different configurations to suit your needs.

Napolean

The Napolean studio apartment is everything a student needs in a home.

With space for a queen bed, dresser, couch, and coffee table, you can easily entertain some friends without it feeling crowded. The kitchen is equipped with brand-new fixtures, an electric stove, overhead microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and plenty of cabinet space to store your kitchenware and utensils.

The bathroom features floor-to-ceiling tile in the shower and around the toilet. When the weather is nice, enjoy watching the sunset with a cool drink in hand on your balcony.

Monet

If you’re a student looking for a little more privacy, our Monet one-bedroom apartment provides a spacious, dedicated space for sleeping.

The living room is large enough to house a couch, coffee table, bookcases, a TV, or whatever else you’d like to use it for. Similar to the Napolean, the kitchen comes with brand-new fixtures and appliances as well as enough cabinet space to store all your food and kitchenware.

With access to the walk-in closet that connects to the bedroom, the bathroom features new tiling and a standing shower. The days of lugging your dirty clothes to the laundromat are finally over thanks to the laundry machines set up in the suite.

Matisse

The Matisse is another one-bedroom apartment but is a little over 100 sq ft larger than the Monet.

This unit is more versatile in terms of interior decor options, as you’ll have a dedicated dining space and a larger living and sleeping area. The laundry room has been equipped with hanging and counter space to dry your delicates and do all of your folding within the room.

If you’re someone who enjoys shopping, you’ll delight in the walk-in closet and will have space to comfortably set up a dresser in the bedroom without making things feel too cramped.

Mona Lisa

Although the Mona Lisa is similar in terms of square footage to the previous one-bedroom apartments listed above, it has a few distinctive features.

The bathroom features a bathtub as opposed to a standing shower and houses a small closet to store linens and toiletries. This unit also has a larger walk-through closet between the bathroom and bedroom and the laundry machines are located inside a closet instead of a dedicated room.

The bedroom is designed to have a small office alongside a queen-sized bed, though you can do whatever you like with that extra space. Smaller than the Matisse but larger than the Monet, the Mona Lisa’s living room strikes a perfect balance of space and functionality.

Rodin

With all the work and studying students do, there’s hardly enough time to enjoy all the space the Mona Lisa offers, which is why we’ve designed the Rodin. This unit can be considered as the compacted version of the Mona Lisa, featuring all of its key elements in addition to a lovely balcony.

Veronese

Sitting at 613 sq ft, the Veronese is our largest one-bedroom apartment available.

With a big, open floor plan, there are endless possibilities for living room decor. By the entrance, you’ll find that the laundry machines have been set up in a large walk-in closet that features a sizable counter where you can fold your clothes.

The bedroom offers enough space for a queen bed, two end tables, shelving, a dresser, two closets, and a small computer desk. Like the Rodin and Mona Lisa, this apartment has a bathtub and modern floor-to-ceiling tile.
