Picasso
Your first impression of the Picasso will be the light creeping into the apartment through the balcony’s glass door on the far side of the apartment.
The open-concept living, kitchen, and dining spaces make entertaining yourselves and other couples easy and efficient. The living room-adjacent balcony floods your apartment with warm sunlight and serves as your personal outdoor area.
At the apartment’s heart beats the master bedroom and en suite bathroom. This spacious area can comfortably fit a queen bed, bedside tables on each side, and a dresser, while the en suite bathroom makes early mornings a breeze.
The second bedroom can comfortably serve as a home office or nursery if you are expecting a little one.
Michelangelo
Think of the Michelangelo as the Picasso+. This enhanced space shares a similar layout to the Picasso; however, there are quality-of-life changes for those who prioritize space above all else.
The Michelangelo features a larger second bedroom to cater for a closet and room for a desk or closet. Furthermore, the larger bathroom allows for a bathtub accompanied by exquisite tiling. This space in Le Louvre is great for couples who work from home together or have a young child.
Leonardo
The Leonardo is our most expansive two-bedroom apartment. Immediately after you enter the apartment you’ll be greeted by the second bedroom to the right and closet space, laundry units, and the bathroom to your left.
Moving into the space you’ll find yourself in the middle of the impressive, fully-loaded kitchen. Separating the kitchen from the large living room is a bar area that can accommodate enough chairs to entertain all your guests. 
The master bedroom and living room are connected not only by the doorway but also by the impressively proportioned balcony. The balcony can easily fit a grill and chairs so you can make the most of those warm summer nights.
Finally, the master bedroom is accompanied by an en suite bathroom and closet, so you can make your space truly yours. Perfect for couples!
Raphael
Raphael is a wonderful choice for couples because of its generous storage space. Coming in at 783 sq. feet, the Raphael has everything couples need to hold on to beloved possessions without them getting in the way.
The master bedroom is suited for a double bed with accompanying end tables. The spacious walk-in closet has more than enough space for his and her wardrobes. We’ve made the kitchen compact enough to contain everything you need while keeping space open for dining room and living room furniture.
Whether it’s for a child or a home office, the second bedroom serves as the perfect finishing touch to this marvellous 2-bedroom apartment in Le Louvre residences.
David
The David is our largest two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. In terms of layout, it somewhat resembles the Raphael. The kitchen, dining room, and living room layouts are.
The master bedroom is similar in proportions to the Raphael as well, however, the walk-in closet has been slightly modified to allow space for an en suite bathroom with a bathtub.
The second bathroom is situated right beside the entrance and adjacent to the second bedroom. With 900 sq. feet, couples will instantly fall in love with everything the David has to offer.
Warhol
The Warhol brings us to the 3-bedroom apartments. This apartment is perfect for couples looking to maximize space and live in luxury. The master bedroom is suited for a queen bed, end tables, and a dresser. Next to the dresser is an ensuite bathroom and tub.
Outside of the master bedroom are the living room and kitchen. The intricate design of the Warhol means provides enough space for these areas that you’ll feel like you’re in a whole new apartment!
The second and third bedrooms are split by the second bathroom. Both bedrooms are suited to queen beds, making these spaces perfect for couples with children or those who work from home and need their own spaces.
Donatello
The Donatello is our next 3-bedroom apartment. This luxurious space first greets you with the second bedroom and the secondary bathroom. Following those two spaces, you’ll soon find yourself in the dining room, living room, and kitchen area.
Couples will quickly fall in love with the space afforded by the master bedroom. The master bedroom, the walk-in closet, and the en suite bathroom nearly fill the entire length of the apartment.
Adjacent to the master bedroom is the third bedroom. Similar to the other spaces, couples looking for apartments should make note of the flexibility of these spaces. They can be used by couples for extra storage space, a home office, a child’s bedroom, and anything else your mind can imagine!
Venus
The venus is our final 3-bedroom apartment in Le Louvre residences and features a “traditional” floorplan which separates the living space from the sleeping area.
Walking in, you’ll first find the expansive kitchen and living room. These spaces are fully equipped with everything you need and offer enough space to accommodate any personalization you may want.
The sleeping area is found down the hallway leading away from the living room. Down the hallway, you’ll find the second bedroom and bathroom on one side and the master bedroom on the other side. At the end of the hall is the final bedroom, with closet space and enough room for a queen bed and end tables.
Finally, the master bedroom has everything couples need: an en suite bathroom and a walk-in closet!
